Textnow blocked my jail calles so my friend can’t call me from jail.

My boyfriend is in prison and textnow does not allow jail phone calles and this is currently my only number. It is very irritating. They should not block jail calles. The only way to fix it is if you buy there SIM card. In which I did but it doesnt work in my phone. I think that it is uncalled for, for textnow to block calles from jail.
