I'm an infrequent user. I have been billed for service for three months. Attempted to log on to the account and Hulu system would not accept account name and password. Account lookup found the account name (email address) but would not send a reset link. As a last resort, I stopped payment with the CC company used to set up "Hulu" auto-payments. The vast majority of programming is available on other services. User's recommendation: Don't even go there. Look for any other option.
