Terrible customer service and failure to provide channels I was told would be available when I signed up for service. I only switched from DirecTV to save money, but their inferior channel lineup and excessive charges for sports channels has caused me to regret switching. To get this level of bad service, there are cheaper alternatives. I am stuck with Dish Network for two years, they would charge me $360 to terminate after 6 months, or 18 months early! terminate User's recommendation: Any provider but Dish - DirecTV and Comcast Cable are much better.
