I am speaking out for my brother Paul Quinn who lives on North Haven Maine.(an island) He is 83 years old with Parkinson's. On August 27th of last year he lost the main networks ABC, NBC and CBS. There were many calls and promises come and fix problems, after meeting the ferry boat numerous times, no one came. My niece, Amber Quinn, has tried valiantly to reach someone who cares. As of February 13th he has no TV AT ALL! For someone with this horrid disease, watching TV is crucial to their wellbeing! Please tell me that there is someone at this company that cares about the people they profess to serve.
