Needed help with a remote that stoped working and after entering in information the recording said it couldn’t help people who already have Rolu.

This was a waste of my time. If you are not going to support your product by phone please do one of two things, tell your customers that you dont support them after the purchase, on the box or make a product that does not break down. Thank you, even though I know this will never be read or even be considered to be acted on. User's recommendation: Don’t call.
