I returned a bra and 3 weeks later it is still "in transit." I have attempted to contact the company which is impossible. The chat feature is completely ineffective and I get the same response...item in transit...then chat ends. I am so frustrated and will not be ordering from them again. User's recommendation: Only order if you are positive you will not need to return or exchange.
