I went into the Take 5 in between 41st and 51st and Sheridan in Tulsa, Oklahoma On 5/17/2021 at approximately 3:00 to 4:00 pm. Everything was working fine and smoothly until I pulled into the bay. Work was initiated on my oil change, and I was really curious as to why there was so much progress done without them even saying a word to me. Eventually, they got to me and asked me what type of oil I wanted. But Immediately after I told the worker what I wanted, a young worker came up and said he was all finished with everything. I was really concerned, because he had no way of knowing what type of oil I wanted. They also cleared out my warning light on my car; which makes me have to tell my mechanic what I happened to glimpse the warning light meant on his device without even knowing the finer details of the warning. I asked him if he would please check it for me, since I knew they carry scanners, but he cleared the light without my permission, telling me that it was just an oil change light. I actually read his scanner, and it said that it was an emissions problem. I researched it on the internet and found out that those types of problems can KILL a car completely if left unattended. It all happened so fast that I did not know how to respond exactly. They are all unqualified workers and wannabe mechanics in my opinion. I will never go there e again as their negligence and potentially purposeful sabotage could cost me hundreds of dollars. I don't even know if my real mechanics will be able to find out what is wrong with my car now with the computerr. User's recommendation: avoid at ALL costs. Employees I dealt with are so irresponsible that I suspect criminal intent.
