Rubbish! Returned lingerie in December, have tried to telephone Customer Services many times to be told lines busy but would have a call back.

I have a Certificate of Posting and also on my I-pad a Refund Authorisation but not able to get hold of anyone. I will NOT be purchasing any else from this company.
