Bought a Michael Kors watch in December, paid extra $50 for 2 day shipping. It was defective. Called customer services who told me it was the battery. I took it to a jewlerer and it was not the battery. I returned the watch and ask for a refund. An agent in a chat told me that what was badly scratched which is a complete lie and refused to recredit my purchase. I never got the repaired watch that they said they were going to send. Additionally their customer services is all drilled to answer the same thing and they are extremely rude. So that is their standard business policy -- which is criminal.
