Not-free “free shipping”

Jomashop claimed "free shipping" on this item, it arrived, I didn't like it so I decided to return it. Had to pay return shipping which was OK, but then they also deducted from my refund their shipping cost, even though they offered "free shipping." Cost me almost $25.00 to look at an item. User's recommendation: Buy from online stores that care about your experience.
