Still have repairs needed to done since home was bought new. Never ever finished the walk thru's to completion due to LGI using covic as a excuse not to come out to fix them but yet they can still continue to build new homes and sell new homes across the street from me during the pandemic. No one ever returns your calls or emails or text messages EVER!!! HUD definitely needs to be notified of this so they will stop th from selling thru FHA or anything else. FrBuy User's recommendation: Buy from someone else...not LGI.
