Card Declined is what I get, even though the money is in the bank. Try to reach them by phone and you almost 5 minutes of recordings and prompts before they tell you to call back and hang up on you. If people weren't FORCED to use them to be on unemployment they would no doubt be out of business. I cannot imagine anyone willingly subjecting themselves to this kind of horrific service.
