I purchased ticket from Cebu Philippines to NRT japan and connecting flight from NRT to Canada, then Canada to PDX, the Cebu flight to NRT japan is cancelled, I called them 20 times sinced yesterday until now, its just keep ringing no one is picking up the phone theres 4 listed numbers for US to call non of them answering, i really need to rebook my flight. User's recommendation: not recommended to anyone thistravel is agent is sucks!!! no good.
