IThe phone numbers for flight network have you on hold for up to 4 hrs and then difficult to understand. I kept searching on the internet for a different number so that I wouldnt have such a long wait time. I finally found a number that I only had to wait for 1 minute. The gentleman that I talked to resolved my issue n took his time with me. Although at times it was difficult to understand him but I think it was phone company issues. User's recommendation: I will recommend when I get my money refunded.
