The credit card company was reporting to my equifax report. Last month it was removed dropping my score 23 points. (not happy, trying to buy a house). I called two weeks ago and was told that they were having issues reporting and it would be fixed in a week. To this day you are still not reporting to my equifax. This is not good. I got this card to improve my credit not hurt my credit due to your company!! I need this fixed right away. surge card ending in 6435. I expect an update on equifax asap. I should not have to be going through this. Oh, I'm sure that when someone doesn't pay you have no problem keeping credit reports accurate.
