Trying to get a refund due to vaccination requirements

We have attempted to go on a cruise since we earned Future Cruise Credits from our first cruise with NCL on the Epic fail in February 2019. We booked a cruise ASAP after returning home for the following month in March. Since then I believe we have scheduled 8 cruises but COVID-19 was the problem not the cruise line. But now NCL is following CDC guidelines and we must be vaccinated. Not happening! So we were asking for refund but in April of 2022, vaccines may not be required. Sojust booked cruise for User's recommendation: Always request a refund if you choose to cruise with NCL and if your trip is interrupted because if you opt for Future Cruise Credits your funds will be tied to NCL forever.
