I was on the Norwegian Freestyle. I'm a smoker and we were treated like second class citizens. They put us in a box like we were caged animals. Even if we went to the back of the ship on floor 16, we did not have access to the lounge chairs. We had to go to the Garden Cafe for coffee, then go to the enclosed cage to smoke. The employees in the Casino were very prejudice. When the light skinned players won a jackpot, they were congratulated by several staff members. They came to their machines. When I won I had to get up to find the staff members. They did not congratulate me and I was coldly told that I could just go ahead and ticket out. Norwegian may have won several awards in the pass, but my experience with your ship was not pleasurable at all. I love Carnival Cruises. I do not have any complaints about Carnival. One half of the ship was smoking. Coffee was available on the deck 24/7 and all guest were treated the same. Even the food was terrible on Norwegian and very little of it. I did not enjoy your ship at all, but made the best of a bad situation. I don't intend to ever take another Norwegian Cruise. Thank you
