For refund money

I had booked and confirmed two pieces rounds tickets (1adult &1infant) of 26July 2021 - 22 Dec 2021 for JFK -KTM-JFK on last 06Feb 2021. But I received email 15 June2021 mentioning tickets canceled. And then, I called customer service requested to refund my money on my account. She said to me: within 7days - 28 days your money would be deposited on your account. Unfortunately, money has not deposited yet. My humble request to you, please, do the best as soonest. Thank You
