Cold Baked Potatoes

We finally got a good waiter and my Baked Potato was cold. I complained and he brought me another one. That was not hot either. They need to correct this problem. And the other issue is the center of the potato is always hard. Please correct this problem. User's recommendation: Check your food to make sure everything is hot.
