Boots were bought and wore for approximately 4 months when zipper failed. Boots were returned to store and were exchanged for new pair. Second pair was worn for approximately 4 months and zipper failed again, I returned boots to store where I was told warranty only applies for one replacement pair, nothing they will do for further warranty, I have sent pictures to the warranty email I was given but have not heard a heared anything User's recommendation: get warranty in writing and know your store policies.
