Thanks' for asking. My complaint was that I didn't know what was going on and why my checks was stopped. Later I was told by the Career center that I needed to do a job search, but when I did, nothing changed on the unemployment screen. A few days later, it did. In the meantime, I was not able to reach anyone on the phone to try and find out what I could do and when I wrote an email on the site which was providedShow site, whicch was which User's recommendation: Give options where people can realistically contact staff, By email of phone.
