Damaged utility pole in front of my building.

Gulf Power Utility Pole is supported by 2 trees since Hurricane Michael, 2 1/2 years now. One tree is dead and leaning and needs to be removed. I've texted to customer service and she sent me a form to fill out and pay $5.00 for landscaping damage, which there is NO Landscaping damage to report. Please remove Gulf Power support wire from my tree. User's recommendation: Good Luck with getting thru to some warm body who does care.
