They are extorting people

I ordered a 14" ponytail and I got a 10" ponytail and when I wanted to send it back they said I would have to pay for shipping and it was more then the order was. After going back and forth they finally said IF I REMOVED THE NEGATIVE REVIEW AND POST A FAKE POSITIVE REVIEW they would give me half of what I paid back. That is extortion and so dishonest. User's recommendation: No go to eBay they have a money back guarantee.
