You guys are horrible…will NEVER use Chrysler Capital again, or purchase a Chrysler product

You refuse to interact with the customer; I get forwarded to a "chat box" which clearly wasn't reading my inquiries and ended up referring me to third-party lawyer, for which I had to enter credit card info...REALLY!!! all over a misunderstood. mischaracterized $300 delinquent payment from three years ago....what a disaster your organization is!!!! Feel free to call me at 206-719-**** Ffffffffff User's recommendation: RUN from Chrysler Capital!!!!!!!
