I went to Macys.com. I ordered the Serra sleep Cozy with pillow top 15 inches back in May 2021. I have still gotten my merchandise. Here we are in August and I have not gotten my mattress and box spring. The last cancellation was set for August 10th it has now been rescheduled again. This is poor customer service. I currently do not have a mattress Im now sleeping on a Serra blow up mattress. Can someone please assist me in this matter, my telephone number is 646-477-****. Thanks for your assistance in this matter. User's recommendation: Stay away from Serta Sleeper pillow top mattresses.
