Conflicting memberships

Both my husband and I have paid memberships but his email jhgeorge@***.edu and his Apple acct/American express have been charged for three months at outrageous prices plus initially it was my email address used: spook309@***.com. He has no privileges with his purchase. Mine membership is 6-1-2021 to 12-1-21. What the heck is going on? OurTime cant tell the difference between email addresses and methods of payment? Clarify and correct the problem. User's recommendation: We have emails proving memberships.
