They told me no matter what my federal health plan is they are only serving 5 days a week with no call staff to cover for the huge amount of call offs. So, if I fall with my diaper on Friday at 6:00 pm and my weekend person doesn't show I'm S.O.L. Literally! Who are the billing? Why can't they find coverage? Why when making a complaint about a staff member or the company it goes directly to the person you're making your complaint AGAINST? My aid was told in their monthly meetings the only thing she can cook for me is spaghetti or microwave meals, one outside trip from the home per week unless it doctor appointments. You Can not have your aids number nor can they have your number. So, when my aid is at any store and the product I need isn't in stock or they don't caring it I'm to wait until they come back to correct the problem and wait another week because only one trip out the home per week? it goes on and on. Don't try to complain because they will do everything they can with what little power they have to screw the client. No one ever returns my calls after a non call no show. The supervisor will call me at 8:03, 8:07, 8:12 am to tell me she has no one to cover? Really? 300 employees and 3 minutes after she gets to work she calls and tells me sorry.
