BAD HANDGUN GRIPS

My wife gave me a new 1911 for our anniversary - took it to the range today. Cleaned it and installed Hogue wrap around grips. The grip screws were installed cross threaded from the factory. Thanks a lot Kimber - I am learning way more about gunsmithing than I ever wanted. AND, you ruined my anniversary! User's recommendation: Do not buy - they are building too fast and no QC.
