Car rental for 8 days, yet unable to drive car for 3 days due to unsafe conditions. Attempted to contact Fox Rental for 2 days - 15 phone calls in total - they returned only 2 calls. I then made arrangements for repairs which they had authorized, only to wait at the auto shop for an additional 2 1/2 hours for Fox to give authorization to release car. User's recommendation: Use any other car rental agent.
