Cable down for three days and schedule service showed an hour and half early and said they would call in advance, and HEATH in the central Texas call center WAS TERRIBLE AND BLAMED IT ON ME... and when it came to the survey he turned it off... The company is always right and customers are always wrong. User's recommendation: NO GO.
