I had two money orders from the same person. First one went through. Second one was declined. Cashed at a Dillon store where the money order was bought. Called the number from Cartegy and got an automated system that would not let me talk to a customer service rep. Went on Cartegy's website and called the other numbers. Same thing happened. There is no way to contact these people and I can't get my money. and I can't cash the money order. User's recommendation: Don't try to cash or buy a money order that is handled by Cartegy.
