Reservation not correct

Asked for first floor with King bed. I have trouble with my legs and my husband has a problem with elevators. We have always had good luck with you and now feel we are going to have to stay elsewhere. It is easier for us when traveling to stay at Holiday Inn or Holiday Express. Amanda is who I talked to for reservation and she told me everything was all set for First floor. This is at Holiday Inn, 80Newtown Road, Danbury, CT. I am not happy at all we ended up on the 4th floor in room 431. A LITTLE TOO MUCH! My rating right now is 0 User's recommendation: Your reservation may not go thru right.
