Very bad service then allows

I was purchase 43'4k tv on amezone at firstday firstday sale(6/8/20).thare was offer given by you 5 years warranty unfortunately i have problem in my tvs panel. I complained on 10/5/21 and again on 12/5/21 then service man came and check and reported you after that i inquired 15 tims on customer service but they gives all times different reasons i also inquired service center they told your tv will replace but not we you you contact to customer service hisense which all recoding i have. last i was called yesterday in customer service they told we have no part's for replace your tv,and your complaint not saws us(closed) then you tell me what i do? can you help me ? my registered no is 922890**** mayur gohil fom ahmedabad, gujarat. reply me as early possible. User's recommendation: Don't buy they made fools us.
