I know have been in Retail customer service at least 30 years, you should Always make sure the customer is aware of the Rules&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; regulations in regards to how long a g certificate is valid . Siince I called . I called the Customer Service rep was so nasty I wanted to die. It was like oh well too bad for you is that how you treat customers, couldnt care less. I guess The Real Real is too big to care about one customer, when they have so many. I was issued since then the $25.00 g. Certificates again, but I cant even find them in my acct. very disorganized Id say no one is on the same page. Need a better system.
