I had brought an upholstered platform bed December 15, 2018. Just recently one of the middle legs is loosened. The material is covering the wood which holding the leg. I believed that it is crack, I had put in the report. Under their regulations it had to be a tear/torn/chip. Isn't crack or chip about the same? Why no one bothered to come out and look at problem? At least correct the problem in building a replacement. My warranty is good until February 2021 and get no service! This is bad business and customer service!!
