Employee made an uncalled for rude comment about I question I had to another employee just 5 feet away from me. Full oil change service was not completed, such as checking lights, wipers, topping off fluids, etc. Distracted employee failed to deduct a coupon that I had. Service has been going down over the last several visits. I will not be returning to this establishment. User's recommendation: Take your business elsewhere.
