Poor design,really bad service, phone support way too long on hold

Update by user Apr 28, 2021 Still without an operational unit. Original review posted by user Apr 28, 2021 model# KDFE104HPSI,serial # FX250****, Bought unit JUNE 23/21 arrived JULY 17/21. Sept.15/21 soap door failed. waited 13 days to get fixed.MARCH 5/21 top rack fell off sliding racks due to cheap plastic holders. Called Kit. Aid 1800-80*-6777 (5) times with waiting times average 45 minutes p/call. Repair tech. arrived late APRIL 20/21 with replacement part turns out part was wrong one. Tech called APRIL 21/21 informed self part on back order. SO FAR THIS DISHWASHER HAS BEEN OUT OF SERVICE 73 DAYS AND WAITING ! IS THAT GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS??? I WANT THIS UNIT GONE AS IT IS A LEMON AND MY MONEY BACK. User's recommendation: Do not buy Kitchen aid, reason: very bad service, very poor workmanship.
