I ordered a hot tub cover didn't hear anything for months. Very hard to contact no one answers their phone. Finally got an email where they lied saying that they had tried to contact me. They then demanded another $40 for shipping citing small print in their policy. I reluctantly agreed. They then said they actually needed $140. I told them they were no better than a sleazy bait and switch used car salesman. User's recommendation: avoid use anyone else!
