Hello, Some time back, I purchased four sticks, two USB and two iPhone. Two were for me and two were gifts, but those remain ungifted and unopened. These things are a waste of money if you crave order. How in the heck is it convenient to have all the photos mishmashed and then them yourself. Ads said it saves folders, but I couldn't find a way to do it. When I insert the stick, the date of everything REVERTS to the current date. I have hundreds of pictures saved at random. Hardly helpful. Shortly after my purchase, I called for help and complained, but the fellow was not helpful and made me feel stupid for even asking questions. I found this offensive since no instructions are provided and the FAQ's were not helpful. I'm no techie, but not totally out of it. However, I could not figure these things out. I foolishly did not insist on a refund within the 60 days and I know it's well past the time to do it. I only wanted to have my say. Beyond the ease of inserting the device and rapid save, the ads are misleading in every other aspect. I would never recommend this product. Carol Szutowicz User's recommendation: Save Your Money.
