Need to return PhotoStick or get help on how to use with an iPhone

The ad for PhotoStick said I could transfer photos from my iPhone to the PhotoStick. But the Quick Start Guide on the back only gives instructions for using it with a computer. I think the ad was false advertising. And I need help from one of your best support people. I am 73 years old and I don't want to put my credit card info in to use "Just Answer"
