Toll Charges

Hi - I picked up my rental car today and was not given the option to get a PlatePass transponder. I have called the 800 number for Thrifty customer service to ask about enrolling online so when I go through tolls tomorrow the charge will go on my account. The first representative I spoke with repeated the same line 5 times - you are not enrolled in the toll package - and then she hung up on me. The next representative told me I have to go back to the original pick up destination. I explained to her that I am already an hour away and asked for help. So, as you can see, I am not getting anywhere with phone representatives so I hope this email can help.
