Extremely poor service, crooked employwees

I had an accident, reported it to them immediately. The car had to be towed, but they were unable to come get it. Thrifty charged me rental rates for another 16 days and impound fees totaling $3800. Every department says it is someone elses to correct. They all agree I should not have to pay, but nobody can fix it
