Original review updated by user May 30, 2021 Atlanta airport has over 150 people in-line with only 1 representative assisting! Company allowed overbooking but has no cars in the inventory! All those 150/day have no cars. As of now, 3 days later, my son, active duty officer unable to get his rental car he paif for 2 months ago. User's recommendation: Untrustworthy.
