Pathetic after sale service

After so many time your engineer pick up the phone . They are not responding for my query there is tyre fixed in my swift dezire details has been shared with your engineer every time they ask me for call back . But could not done ... Today now they are telling me that it will take 24 to 48 hours ....to just a rejection report
