I tried to get information from the website, but the reply came in question form asking me to go to the domestic terminal (I was there already) then was asked the flight number and travel date (which I had already supplied) this conversation was just going round in circles and not supplying information. I eventually found the flight information board but no flight information was displayed.for this flight.I got through to customer service rep who hesitantly gave me the informatoin that I was requesting. When I arrived at the indicated gate 35, this turned out to be incorrect and I was directed to gate 33. I have flown many times with Jetstar and will continue to fly with Jetstar. I am only writing this reveiw in the hope that when a customer tries to get help, they get help User's recommendation: The shortcomings that I have outlined in no way diminish the excellent service and safety record that Jetstar are known for and I personally will recommend Jetstar to family friends and aquaintences.
