My father has had his car in the shop for two months. These 'client specialists' have been giving us the runaround. One says they will have the 'adjuster' call,but he never does. I have talked to them a lot myself, it seems they never take note of anything so the next person i talk to seems to know nothing of anything. SCAM SCAM SCAM. User's recommendation: You'd be better off not having insurance at all instead of having 'insurance' that does nothing yet you pay for them.
