my truck transmission went out on April 19th my plan was good till end of April but they say because they don't have know shops from Lafayette all the way to Houma its my fault so that cancel out take your vehicle to the shop of your choice so I call them up and one of their employee told me to bring my truck to grease monkey in Baton Rouge so I did and they refuse to take my truck so I got stuck paying 625dollars and my truck is still broke and that is my only vehicle and I am retired and can't afford another vehicle User's recommendation: don't get CarShield if you live down south.
