I ordered two 5XL hoodies sweatshirts from kingsize I received one 5XL and one XL in a 5XL bag. I called their customer service waited an hour to talk to someone she said I should order another one I said I ordered the quicker service she said do it again. I spent $77 on that and send back the other sweatshirt and we'll give you a refund. That was almost 5 weeks ago! I'm giving all my business to DXL. I dealt with DXL's customer service and they are great. You don't have to wait an hour to talk to someone at DXL. User's recommendation: Avoid all kingsize stores including all their affiliates.
