Im missing my luggage , 3 suitcases which belong to Pedro Carmona, Esther Carmona and Antonio Carmona. I was given a phone number that I cant reach. Went to Ohare airport and no one is stationed at the counter to answer questions. The flight arrived from Guadalajara at 10:45 pm waited until 1:30 am for the luggage . I was told the airline is understaffed and still no phone call from airline or lead in how to retrieve it
