Never received my 3 tickets to Michael Franti Sept 10

I purchased 3 tickets June 4 for Michael Franti for the Marymoore show on september 10. I also paid for insurance for these 3 tickets. I never received a confirmation for these tickets but was charged for them and for the $24.00 insurance for these tickets on my capital one card.
